It’s an expensive pastime painting is. So I like to sell off my old, used materials so I can buy shiny, new materials, I find the best way to sell off the used pastels and paper is if I scribble the former over the latter in such a way that it’s pleasing to the eye, if it pleases someone enough that they’ll give me a wad of cash for it.

If you take a look in the gallery you’ll see that many of the pieces on display there are for sale as originals, prints, or both. Most are stowed in my studio but some are on display in various shops in Stanley (as indicated).

I’m quite happy to undertake commissions as well, indeed you’ll see that there’s an entire section of the gallery displaying commissioned works. Prices for commissioned work are as follows:

I prefer working from multiple reference photos but one will do, please bear in mind though that on the whole the better the quality of the photo the better the painting that can be worked out of it.
